Professional Indemnity for Recruitment Consultants

Introduction

Professional Indemnity insurance is something that any individual or company providing advice, design or specification to clients should seriously consider. Recruitment Consultants will often be responsible for vetting or interviewing staff before placing, and inadequate checks could lead to claims in negligence. Consultants may also be held vicariously liable for the negligent actions of temporary workers once placed.

Client demands place greater responsibilities on those providing professional services than ever before, and greater contractual responsibilities leave contractors more vulnerable to being sued. Professional Indemnity Insurance is an essential part of protecting both your business and your reputation.
