The letter of the law states that employers liability insurance is only required by those businesses that have employees. However, we at John Heath Insurance believe that liability insurance is vital for every business.
Liability policies are available in a variety of forms such as basic liability covers as summarised below or, for some businesses, as a 'Tradesmans' package, giving both liability cover and a range of additional covers.
